Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy food service environment.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Estimate and manage food and supply inventory to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions and improve efficiency.
  • Supervise and inspect the delivery of food trolleys to ensure that they are presented to a high standard.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide staff.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with inventory management and quality control procedures.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations and ability to implement them effectively.
