Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Hero Certified Burgers. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring that inventory levels are maintained and orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that all team members are equipped to provide excellent service and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
- Address customer complaints or concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or hospitality role.
- Safe Food Handling certificate.
Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a physically demanding role.
