Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Saisethsons Hospitality Toronto Inc. o/a Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including cooks, servers, and kitchen helpers.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a variety of locations. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods and be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
