Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
  • Food Quality: Ensure that food meets quality control standards and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that customers receive their orders in a timely manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ensure that supplies are ordered in a timely manner.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
