About the Role

The Service Coordinator is responsible for supporting the production and shipment of service part orders. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate and timely delivery of service parts.

Your Responsibilities

  • Validate the integrity of the Flow Router for all Service Parts
  • Identify service parts at Maple using pictures, cross-referencing customer production and service part numbers, and collaborating with Engineering
  • Determine minimum quantities required based on part history and current releases
  • Forecast weekly requirements two weeks in advance
  • Identify parts without available tooling
  • Cycle count all Service Parts on a quarterly basis

Requirements

  • High school/GED or equivalent with previous experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Computer functional for OEM Specific Container System; Microsoft Office and Epicor ERP is an asset
  • Current valid counterbalance forklift/Reach forklift
  • Knowledge of key Materials Department processes
  • Familiar with working with service parts
  • Experience with forklifts, high-reach trucks, band cutters, compactors, tape measures, and banding machines
  • APICS Training is an asset
