About the Role

The Service Coordinator is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring the smooth production and shipment of service part orders. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Validate the integrity of the Flow Router for all Service Parts
  • Identify and verify service parts at Maple using pictures, cross-referencing customer production and service part numbers, and collaborating with Engineering
  • Determine minimum quantities required based on part history and current releases
  • Forecast weekly requirements two weeks in advance
  • Identify parts without available tooling
  • Cycle count all Service Parts on a quarterly basis
Requirements
  • Demonstrates clean and respectful communication skills in all situations
  • Identifies and adjusts priorities, is proficient in coordinating workload, and ensures efficient workflow
  • Understands key processes and systems within the organization related to their workflow, while consistently seeking ways to improve outcomes and enhance results
  • Demonstrates ability to be persistent in following up on open items
  • Organization skills are a key to success in this position
