Regional Sales Growth Manager

Kal Tire Ltd is seeking a Regional Account Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager (RSM), this role involves selling Kal Tire Service Solutions to existing customers and growing a book of business in their designated territory.
Utilizing extensive sales background, the Regional Account Manager will have opportunities to grow in the role based on achievement of mutually agreed-upon targets and objectives. They will provide expert guidance to selling teams and act as a strategic partner and advisor on all Kal Tire offerings.
- CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development:
- Focusing on regional customers to establish net new business for the region.
- Prospecting, negotiating, and acquiring new business to achieve sales targets.
- Working both independently and collaboratively as part of various teams within the assigned regional portfolio to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to align market strategies with applicable business objectives for the portfolio.
- Utilizing performance tracking, reports, presentations, and other documents as required to differentiate Kal Tire as a supplier of choice.
Reporting/Metrics:
- Collecting and maintaining client information in the CRM database to ensure current account information and insights.
- Recording and tracking all metrics related to sales strategies; reviewing and developing client service and retention plans.
- Analyzing sales data to inform and/or update portfolio strategies.
Professional Development/Networking:
- Acting as a trusted advisor and Kal Tire ambassador for clients, internal partners, and the overall regional network; demonstrating grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards.
- Maintaining an expert level of knowledge of all Kal Tire products and service offerings as required.
- Proactively building business acumen for each client portfolio as applicable to the role; staying up-to-date in current market trends, relevant technology, etc.
Successful candidates will possess 3-5 years of work experience in business development, preferably with CSA or CSP designation. Experience in the tire industry is considered an asset.
