Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Experience: Ensure seamless and personalized service delivery in accordance with Relais & Chateaux, AAA 4 & 5 Diamond, and Forbes Standards.
  • Leadership: Lead by example, embodying the mission statements of Wickaninnish Inn, and foster a culture of excellence within the Ancient Cedars Spa team.
  • Supportive Environment: Create a positive atmosphere for learning and development, empowering team members to grow and thrive.
  • Spa Operations: Oversee the cleanliness and physical condition of the Ancient Cedars Spa, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Human Resources: Assist in administering HR-related tasks, including scheduling, payroll, interviewing, hiring, performance management, reviews, and training.
  • Financial Management: Collaborate in creating and achieving the annual budget for the Ancient Cedars Spa, monitoring retail programs, and providing performance feedback to practitioners.
  • Administrative Support: Cover reception desk duties and provide support as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the Ancient Cedars Spa.
Requirements:

We seek an individual who embodies the West Coast culture and is committed to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum 2 years' experience in a high-end, full-service luxury facility, preferably with a focus on spa operations.
  • Superior Human Resources, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • The desire to lead a world-class spa team and drive innovation within the industry.
  • A working knowledge of Spa Software, Maestro, Microsoft Word, Excel, and File Maker Pro is an asset.
About Us:

Wickaninnish Inn is proud to offer a competitive salary ranging from $54,000 to $60,100 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package. If you share our passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and are eager to join a dynamic team, please submit your application.
