Director (or Manager), Talent Management

Associated Engineering is an employee-owned company that is passionate about building vibrant communities. We are seeking a Director (or Manager), Talent Management to lead the development, implementation, and management of all Talent Management and Talent Development programs, processes, and systems across the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development, implementation, and management of talent review tools and processes that identify key talent across the organization.
  • Develop and implement succession planning tools and processes to ensure the development of future leaders and experts.
  • Manage leadership and supervisory development programs, including assessments, 360 feedback, and executive coaching.
  • Oversee Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging programming and initiatives to continue to evolve the company's culture.
  • Manage performance management tools, processes, and training to support the development and growth of all employees.
  • Support leaders across the organization with organizational design and effectiveness.
  • Oversee learning and development, including the company's Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Manage employee engagement surveys and provide regular reporting and updates on key metrics.
Requirements:
  • Masters Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Deep talent management, talent development, performance management, leadership development, diversity, equity and inclusion, and organizational design experience.
  • Experience supporting multiple business units within a company with operations spanning across Canada.
