Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to lead our Talent Management initiatives. As a key member of our People and Culture team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership for Talent Development, Talent Management, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Lead the design and delivery of leadership development programs, including executive coaching and 360-degree feedback.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business leaders to understand talent needs and develop solutions.
  • Manage the company's Learning Management System (LMS) and oversee all aspects of learning and development.
  • Oversee employee engagement surveys, action planning, and ongoing communication.
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to HR Business Partners, HR Generalists, and HR Coordinators.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure talent management effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of professional Human Resources experience (or 10+ years for Manager).
  • Masters Degree in Human Resources or related field (or Degree/Diploma for Manager).
  • Deep talent management, talent development, performance management, leadership development, diversity, equity, and inclusion experience.
  • Experience supporting multiple business units within a company with operations spanning across multiple provincial/territory jurisdictions across Canada.
  • CPHR designation preferred.
  • Executive Coaching Certification preferred.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships across organizations.
  • Customer service-centric style with the ability to provide world-class Human Resources services.
