Director (or Manager), Talent Management

Associated Engineering (ONT) Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Talent Management function. As a key member of our Human Resources team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide leadership and guidance on talent development, talent management, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  2. Support the development and implementation of HR programs, policies, and procedures to drive business results.
  3. Collaborate with senior leaders to identify key talent and develop succession plans to ensure the continued success and growth of the company.
  4. Manage and develop performance management tools, processes, and training to support the growth and development of all employees.
  5. Oversee all aspects of learning and development, including the company's Learning Management System (LMS).
  6. Manage employee engagement surveys and provide regular reporting and updates on key metrics related to talent management and diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Requirements:

  • Masters Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Deep experience in talent management, talent development, performance management, leadership development, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and organizational design.
  • Experience supporting multiple business units within a company with operations spanning across multiple provincial/territory jurisdictions across Canada.
