Director (or Manager), Talent Management

Associated Engineering is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Talent Management function. As a key member of our People and Culture team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide strategic leadership for Talent Development, Talent Management, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.
  2. Support the development and implementation of HR programs, policies, and procedures.
  3. Lead the design and delivery of leadership development programs, including executive coaching and 360-degree feedback.
  4. Develop and maintain a culture of ongoing development and growth for all employees.
  5. Oversee the development and implementation of succession planning tools and processes.
  6. Manage employee engagement surveys and action planning.
  7. Provide regular reporting and updates on key metrics related to talent management and development.

Requirements:

  • Masters Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Deep experience in talent management, talent development, performance management, leadership development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Experience supporting multiple business units within a company with operations spanning across Canada.
