About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Department Store President to lead our team at Ayudyan Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of our department store, ensuring its continued success and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business plans to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase market share.
  • Leadership: Provide visionary leadership to our team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department store, ensuring efficient use of resources, effective inventory management, and exceptional customer service.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure the department store's financial stability and growth.
  • Human Resources: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring the right talent is in place to drive business success.
  • Customer Experience: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience, driving loyalty and retention.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to drive growth and expansion.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a retail or department store environment.
