About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Department Store President to lead our retail operations at UTTHAYA'S SUPERMARKET. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring the overall success of our department store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales growth, improve market share, and enhance customer experience.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department store, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and employee management.
  • Financial Management: Manage the department store's budget, forecast sales, and make informed decisions to optimize profitability.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Customer Focus: Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Technology and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest retail technologies and trends, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, MS Access, and inventory control software.
