About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Department Store President to lead our retail operations at UTTHAYA'S SUPERMARKET. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring the overall success of our department store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership
    • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales growth and profitability
    • Lead cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee daily store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
    • Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure financial stability and growth
  • Team Management
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates, managers, and other support staff
    • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention
  • Customer Focus
    • Develop and execute customer-centric strategies to drive sales growth and loyalty
    • Monitor customer feedback and sentiment to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a department store setting
  • Skills
    • Proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working 32-35 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with attention to detail.
