About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Department Store President to lead our team at Ayudyan Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of our department store, ensuring its continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase market share.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department store, including managing budgets, resources, and personnel.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of senior staff, including department managers and other executives, to achieve business objectives.
  • Customer Focus: Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded through excellent service and product offerings.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure the department store's financial health and stability.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for business growth and development, including new markets, products, and services.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, marketing, or retail management.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a retail or department store environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
