Sales and Logistics Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Logistics Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing key client relationships, ensuring their logistics needs are met while driving business growth and profitability for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement account strategies aligned with the company's overall goals, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client market dynamics to proactively address challenges and leverage opportunities.
- Talent Development: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement training programs that enhance the skills of sales and operations teams.
This role requires a minimum of 3 years' experience in managing key accounts and achieving sales targets, preferably within the 3PL sector. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions, are essential. Proven success in managing time and accomplishing tasks is also necessary.
The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $85,000 CAD, based on industry standards and location.
