ServiceNow Developer Role

The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, including processes, workflows, and reports. This will involve working with the technical team to analyze requirements, design, test, and document solutions.

Key responsibilities of the ServiceNow Developer will include:
  • Developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions
  • Analyzing requirements and designing solutions
  • Testing and documenting solutions
  • Collaborating with the technical team

Requirements

Requirements for the ServiceNow Developer role include:
  • 3-5 years of related ServiceNow administration and implementation experience
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist certification
  • Experience with ServiceNow customization, including JavaScript, Custom Tables, HTML/CSS
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems via APIs
  • Experience with Agile software development practices

Qualifications

Qualifications for the ServiceNow Developer role include:
  • ITSM and ITOM experience
  • HTML/HTML5, CSS, and SASS experience
  • JavaScript and JQuery/Angular JS experience
  • Agile Kanban or Agile Scrum experience
  • Technical Design Documentation experience
