Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow developer to join our team as a Senior ServiceNow Developer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of ServiceNow solutions, working closely with our product owner and technical navigator to build backlog, sprint plans, and roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the development of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and innovation.
  2. Collaborate with our product owner and technical navigator to build backlog, sprint plans, and roadmaps.
  3. Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  4. Develop and maintain deep expertise on ServiceNow, staying up-to-date with the latest features and best practices.
  5. Work closely with our architecture team to design and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet our business needs.
  6. Coordinate with other labs and their domain leads to ensure dependencies are considered and resolved.
  7. Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring it is accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements:
  1. 3-5 years of experience with ServiceNow, with a strong focus on development and configuration.
  2. Excellent JavaScript skills and experience with ServiceNow scripting.
  3. ITIL Foundation certification or training.
  4. ServiceNow Advanced System Administrator certified, with ServiceNow Scripting certification a plus.
  5. Strong partnership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  6. An interest in leading people and developing coaching skills.
