Gas Station Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our Esso Gas Station team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our gas station, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and implement company policies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and procedures.
- Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a gas station or convenience store environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems.
