Gas Station Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Esso Gas Station. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our gas station.
Key Responsibilities- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory of fuel, food, and other merchandise to meet customer demand and minimize waste.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is an asset.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 35 hours per week.
