Gas Station Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Esso Gas Station. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our gas station, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and customer service representatives.
- Inventory Management: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain accurate inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Sales and Service: Sell merchandise, resolve customer complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare sales reports, analyze sales data, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintain a safe working environment, and promote a culture of safety among team members.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail or customer service is an asset.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills.
