Gas Station Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Esso Gas Station. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our gas station, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Hire, train, and develop a team of staff to provide excellent customer service and ensure the efficient operation of the gas station.
- Inventory Management: Order and manage inventory, including fuel, merchandise, and supplies, to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and responding to customer requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, merchandising reports, and personnel reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience in a retail or customer service environment is an asset.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in point of sale systems and other relevant technology.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
