Gas Station Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Esso Gas Station. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our gas station, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates and customer service representatives to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory of merchandise, including fuel, food, and other products, to ensure that our shelves are always fully stocked and that our customers have access to a wide range of products.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the gas station, including managing cash handling, inventory control, and customer service.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, customer feedback, and other data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience in a retail or customer service environment is an asset.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 hours per week. The work language is English.
