Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Employment Agency Manager to join our team at Best Royal Recruiting & Immigration. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, administering and controlling budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage client project budgets to ensure timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members to ensure they are meeting their performance goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Benefits:

  • Permanent full-time position (30-40 hours per week).
