Travel Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and organized Travel Operations Manager to join our team at Jensen Travel. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, establishing work schedules and procedures, and performing duties similar to those of workers supervised.
Key Responsibilities- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient operations
- Establish work schedules and procedures to meet the needs of the agency
- Perform duties similar to those of workers supervised, such as work-related tasks and administrative duties
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
- Assist clients with special needs and provide excellent customer service
- Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
