Key Responsibilities- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient operations
- Establish work schedules and procedures to meet the needs of the agency
- Perform duties similar to those of workers supervised, such as work-related tasks and administrative duties
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
- Assist clients with special needs and provide excellent customer service
- Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
