Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Executive to join our team at 9520635 CANADA INC. as a Senior HR Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Provide strategic guidance and direction to the HR team to ensure the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures.
    • Develop and maintain positive relationships with senior management and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Workforce Planning and Development
    • Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to ensure the right people are in the right roles at the right time.
    • Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.
  • Employee Engagement and Retention
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
    • Conduct regular employee surveys to gauge employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Benefits and Compensation
    • Develop and implement benefits and compensation programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
    • Conduct regular market research to ensure that benefits and compensation packages are competitive.
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks to the organization.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in a senior HR role.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and other HR software.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload. The ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail is essential.

Personal Suitability

The ideal candidate will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal awareness, and the ability to work as part of a team. A permanent work term and 32-40 hours per week are expected.
