Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic guidance and direction to the organization, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Organizational Development: Design and implement organizational development programs to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and overall performance.
  • Talent Management: Develop and implement effective talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Change Management: Lead and facilitate organizational change initiatives, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, identifying and mitigating potential risks to the organization.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior HR role, with a proven track record of success in organizational development, talent management, and employee relations.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office, including Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a large workload.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
