- Change Management: Lead and facilitate organizational change initiatives, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, identifying and mitigating potential risks to the organization.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior HR role, with a proven track record of success in organizational development, talent management, and employee relations.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office, including Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a large workload.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
