  • Facilitate resolution of labor disputes and grievances.
  • Conduct research and prepare job classifications, descriptions, and compensation structures.
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits, equity programs, and other HR initiatives.
  • Coordinate employee performance evaluations and appraisal systems.
  • Investigate employee benefits and health and safety protocols, proposing necessary adjustments.
  • Recruit, train, and manage staff effectively.
  • Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of the organization or its employees.
