About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead our eProcurement portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of our procurement systems, ensuring they align with our business objectives and deliver value to our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the relationship with our service provider(s) to ensure the successful delivery of our procurement systems.
  • Participate in intergovernmental working groups to drive innovation and best practices in procurement.
  • Lead the daily operation and outward planning of improvements, innovations, and enhancements for our business systems.
  • Develop and manage a team of administrators to deliver user support, solution design, project delivery, and program evaluation.
  • Collaborate with policy, process, operations, and data teams to ensure system configurations align with required outcomes.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across Government, the broader public sector, and the vendor community to ensure the long-term sustainability of our systems.
Qualifications and Experience

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field (such as Business, eCommerce, Computer Science, etc.).
  • Several years of progressive experience leading teams in a complex service delivery environment.

An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered.

Desirable Qualifications
  • Masters' degree in a related discipline.
  • Experience leading change management initiatives.
  • Experience in public procurement.
  • Experience with related SAP Products (Ariba, S4 Hana, ECC).
