About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team at the Government of Nova Scotia. As a key member of our Procurement Services division, you will play a critical role in supporting the advancement and transformation of procurement in Nova Scotia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the strategic and operational leadership of the eProcurement Portfolio, ensuring alignment with departmental and government priorities.
  • Lead the daily operation and outward planning of improvements, innovations, and enhancements for Procurement's business systems.
  • Develop and manage relationships with service providers, participate in intergovernmental working groups, and collaborate with stakeholders across Government, the broader public sector, and the vendor community.
  • Work closely with policy, process, operations, and data teams to ensure system configurations align with required outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business, eCommerce, Computer Science, etc.
  • Several years of progressive experience leading teams in a complex service delivery environment.

A successful candidate for this position will have demonstrated experience in delivering technology-based projects, leading a team of technical professionals, coaching team members to achieve established objectives, establishing program objectives, and evaluating program effectiveness.

Pay Grade: EC 12 Salary Range: $83,000 - $114,000 Bi-Weekly
