About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Bath & Body Works. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, developing high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Recruit, Develop, and Retain Top Talent
  • Teach, Coach, and Train Associates to Improve Sales Performance
  • Lead and Drive High-Performance Teams

  • Build a Highly Satisfied and Loyal Customer Base
  • Meet Payroll Targets through Effective Sales Floor Coverage
  • Implement and Sustain Magazine Direction to Optimize Business
  • Lead the Focus on Delivering Emotionally Engaging Customer Experiences
Requirements
  • Prior Experience in Leading Teams in a Customer-Based Sales Environment
  • Proven Track Record Driving Sales Results
  • Strong Communication and Ability to Foster a Customer-Centric Selling Culture
  • Able to Provide In-the-Moment Coaching to Associates
  • Availability for Varied Weekly Shifts, Including Weekends and Peak Periods
