We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Canamark Property Services Ltd. - Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including the administration of policies and procedures related to government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Perform data entry and train staff as needed.
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, resolve conflict situations, and oversee payroll administration.
- Plan and control budget and expenditures.
- 11-15 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
- Large workload with multiple priorities.
- Efficient interpersonal skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
