Job Title: Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Canamark Property Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring the smooth execution of administrative tasks, and providing exceptional support to our team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish clear priorities to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including the administration of policies and procedures related to government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry and train staff as needed.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, resolve conflict situations, and oversee payroll administration.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures.
Requirements:
  • 11-15 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, and other relevant software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
