Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on beverage equipment, including fountain machines, coolers, and vending machines.
  • Deliver and install new equipment, as well as provide technical support to customers.
  • Conduct inventory management and ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve equipment-related issues and improve overall operations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Certification in electrical, small appliance repair, and/or refrigeration (preferred).
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer sites.
