Job Title: Executive Director Marketing

Lenovo, a global technology powerhouse, is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead its Marketing Strategy and Operations team. As a key member of the IDG global Marketing organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with Lenovo's business objectives
  • Lead the development of marketing plans, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Oversee the management of marketing operations, including financial management, process improvement, and technology implementation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing operations, with a strong background in strategy development and execution
  • Proven track record of leading marketing teams and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
