Assistant General Manager

At 3 Brasseurs | 3 Brewers Canada, we're passionate about beer and people. We're looking for an enthusiastic and autonomous individual to join our team as an Assistant General Manager. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for mobilizing employees to achieve our restaurant's financial, managerial, and commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruit, develop, and manage talent according to our Human Resources policies
- Ensure the proper functioning of the kitchen by maintaining food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with standards
- Support the brewer and collaborate with the Brewery team to develop a culture of beer brewed on site for employees
- Manage administrative and operational tasks, including cash management, payroll, and monitoring of results
- Analyze income statements and operating accounts to ensure budget compliance and identify areas for improvement
- Accessible performance bonuses

- Ability to manage the restaurant and staff in the absence of the manager
- Time and priority management skills
- Autonomy and ability to make decisions
