Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Assistant General Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide a safe and healthy work environment for all employees by ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, training, and certification.
- Recruit, develop, and manage talent to achieve business objectives, while motivating and engaging employees to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure employee engagement and adherence to company culture, values, and policies.
- Lead and manage the restaurant team to achieve sales targets, manage inventory, and maintain high-quality standards.
- Develop and implement action plans to improve restaurant performance, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives, develop strategies, and make informed decisions.
- Ensure compliance with national marketing guidelines, brand standards, and quality control measures.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer complaints, and maintain a positive reputation for the restaurant.
- Manage administrative tasks, including cash handling, payroll, and inventory management.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to drive growth.
- Leadership and management experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment, motivate employees, and drive results.
