Job Title: General Manager
Reports to: Chief Operating Officer
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our hotel's operation, ensuring profitability, guest satisfaction, and overall excellence in service. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the hotel's day-to-day activities, including sales, marketing, revenue management, and team management.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the hotel's Executive Committee, collaborating with the F&B Director, to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue objectives, including regular review of sales plans, room night productivity, and lost business reports.
- Manage the hotel's budget, ensuring adherence to financial targets and company policies.
- Oversee the Front Office, Sales, and Catering departments, ensuring excellent guest service and high-quality standards.
- Represent the hotel in the local community, promoting its image and reputation as a good corporate citizen.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and hotel management agreements.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a General Manager or 5 years as an Assistant General Manager in a similar hotel setting.
- Extensive experience in hotel sales, marketing, and revenue management.
