Assistant General Manager

About the Role- Provide a safe and healthy work environment for all employees by ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
- Recruit, develop, and manage talent to ensure the success of our restaurant.
- Ensure the proper functioning of the kitchen, including food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with standards.
- Support the brewer and collaborate with the Brewery team to ensure excellent beer service.
- Manage administrative and operational tasks, including cash management, payroll, and monitoring of results.
- Analyze income statements and operating accounts to ensure budget compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Organize tools and resources necessary for the proper functioning of the Take-Out and VAE.
- Manage time and prioritize tasks to ensure exceptional customer service and address customer complaints as opportunities for growth.
- Exercise autonomy in managing the restaurant and staff in the absence of the manager.
