We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior In-Force Policy Service Associate to join our team at Canada Life.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing a wide variety of client service transactions, ensuring proper authorizations are received, accurate calculations are done, and systems records are updated. This includes disbursements and related accounting entries, beneficiary/ownership changes, administration of premium payments, reinstatements, and policy changes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing client service transactions in a timely and accurate manner
  • Responding to inquiries and providing technical, contractual information by interpreting contractual provisions, routine tax regulations, existing guidelines and system processes
  • Participating in administrative routines and supporting the Assistant or Associate Manager in the effective operations of the team
  • Completing project work as required to support new initiatives, product enhancements and systems changes

We are looking for an individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, a positive outlook, and the ability to cope effectively with change. The ideal candidate will also have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.

Bilingualism (French and English) is required, as you will be answering calls from French and English speaking customers across Canada. Knowledge of Individual Traditional Life/Universal Life products would be an asset.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $40,300 - $67,000 annually, based on location in London, Montreal, or Winnipeg. As a member of the Canada Life team, you can expect a dynamic and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and development.
