Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Contract Management Specialist to join our Corporate Legal team.

Responsibilities
  • Contract Management:
  • Manage incoming requests for legal services related to commercial contracts.
  • Administer the contract database, precedent database, and intranet sites.
  • Assist with annual review of templates and internal clause library.
  • Evaluate, review, and compile information for drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with contract signature policies.
  • Monitor contract lifecycles, including renewals and terminations.
  • Track legal documents through the execution process.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
  • Ensure clear communications with internal and external customers/suppliers.
  • Work closely with business partners to understand requirements and objectives.
Requirements
  • University or college degree in business administration, IT, finance, law, project management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant corporate/commercial work experience, preferably in an in-house legal team.
  • Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management Systems is an asset.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, follow-up, and customer focus.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and ability to multi-task and work cross-functionally.

The ideal candidate will have excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this role is $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
