Job Overview

The Claims Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of claims specialists, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and driving business results through effective leadership and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to policyholders.
  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of claims team members.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members.
  • Manage and prioritize work flow to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve complex claims issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive insurance adjusting experience.
  • College or university degree preferred.
  • Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation and a desire to continue relevant industry education.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
