As a Deputy Bid Manager Services, you'll play a crucial role in delivering bids for Operation and Maintenance of Transport Systems, contributing to our mission to reduce carbon emissions and replace cars.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Tender, Quality, Costs, Delivery and Performance (QCDP) commitment for bids, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Contribute to deliver a winning proposal to the customer, with a defined scope, accurate QCDP commitments, and a clear understanding of customer requirements.
  • Lead the preparation of the financial elements of the bid, including cost targets and contractual obligations.
  • Organize risks reviews and ensure the elaboration of mitigation plans to minimize potential risks.
  • Prepare and lead internal reviews, obtaining clear commitments from internal actors, and ensure compliance with applicable Alstom rules & instructions.

Requirements:

  • Master or bachelor's degree in engineering or any relevant field.
  • MBA an asset.
  • Experience in railway industry, or maintenance industry, an asset.
  • Experience in costing, planning & risk management, legal aspects, an asset.
  • High Communications skills, reporting capabilities, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English, French is a strong asset.
  • Some travels are expected across the region (North America).
  • Localisation in the area of Montreal. Other localisations in Canada and United States to be discussed.
