About the Role

The Customer Complaint Resolution Specialist will play a crucial role in the intake and processing of complaints against engineers and geoscientists or their firms. The successful candidate will be responsible for speaking with complainants and registrants, gathering initial information, and supporting the complaint intake process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the complaint intake process, including receiving complaints from the public via phone and email
  • Reviewing complaint files in detail, investigating, and gathering information and evidence as required
