We are seeking a highly skilled Complaint Resolution Specialist to join our team in Burnaby, British Columbia.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing the intake and processing of complaints against engineers and geoscientists, or against engineering or geoscience firms. This role involves reviewing complaint files, investigating and gathering information, and drafting reports and letters as required.
This position requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to manage difficult conversations. Experience with Microsoft Office Products is essential, and knowledge of engineering or geoscience is an asset.

Requirements- 3-5 years of experience working in a law firm, legal department, professional regulatory body, or equivalent
- Relevant education, such as a paralegal diploma or training in social sciences; a university degree is preferred but not required
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
