Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Retail Store Supervisor - Team Leader to join our team at Aberfoyle Esso.

Salary:The salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient operation of the store
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to meet business needs
- Order merchandise and authorize return of goods as needed
- Establish work schedules and supervise employees to ensure excellent customer service
- Sell merchandise and promote products to customers
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1-2 years of experience in retail or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
