Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Regional General Store. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our store.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including assigning duties and providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure that all sales staff are properly trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, and prepare reports as required.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
In addition to your operational responsibilities, you will also play a key role in supporting our company's diversity and inclusion initiatives. This includes providing diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees, as well as providing awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth and Indigenous workers.
