Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Aberfoyle Esso. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the store, including managing sales floor staff, maintaining inventory levels, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Sales Floor Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, including assigning duties, providing training and coaching, and evaluating performance.
  • Maintain Inventory Levels: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Sell merchandise, resolve customer complaints, and provide a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, including assigning duties, providing training and coaching, and evaluating performance.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience.
  • Language: English.
