Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Regional General Store. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of store staff, including sales associates, apprentices, and design team members.
- Sales and Merchandising: Assign sales workers to duties, manage inventory, and prepare reports on sales volumes and merchandising matters.
- Training and Development: Hire, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Store Operations: Establish work schedules, authorize payments, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail store environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Knowledge of retail operations, including sales, merchandising, and customer service.
