Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual looking for a challenging role in a fast-paced dental office? We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our team at dentalcorp, a leading provider of general, family, and specialist dentistry services.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with 37.5 hours per week. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, responding to phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have experience working in a healthcare or administrative setting. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet patients and direct them to the appropriate staff member or treatment area
  • Respond to phone calls, take messages, and relay information to patients and staff
  • Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar
  • Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality
  • Process payments and handle financial transactions
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and data entry
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1-2 years of experience in a reception or administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records and MS Office software
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
